MX200 EthernetIP Vacuum Controller – Controls up to 10 Televac vacuum sensors including cold cathode, convection, diaphragm, and thermocouple sensors. The user interface includes six touch controls and a high contrast, green OLED with a 180° viewing angle, which displays the units of measurement and the status of set points simultaneously. 7 gas types are also supported. The MX200 is a modular and configurable unit, allowing you to choose a vacuum sensing solution matching your specific needs.
MX Series Active Gauges – Televac offers a complete line of active vacuum gauges, each with a digital display, RS-485 and USB communications standard, and now with optional EthernetIP communications via the Televac Active Gauge EthernetIP Gateway.
When combined with the MX2A (thermocouple gauge) or MX4A (convection gauge), the MX7B (cold cathode gauge) provides full range vacuum measurement from 1E-8 to 1E3 Torr, making it an optimal solution for heat treat and vacuum furnace applications where calibration frequency requirements vary between rough vacuum gauges and high vacuum gauges, outlined in the AMS2769 standard. Active vacuum gauges offer flexibility that controllers often lack when it comes to calibration:
- Separate rough vacuum and high vacuum gauges; return gauges at different calibration intervals
- NIST traceable calibration without returning your cables (meaning cables don’t need to be removed from your furnace)
- No vacuum controller box to return for calibration
- Less downtime and maintenance = $ savings
CC-10 Wide Range Active Gauge – This compact digital vacuum gauge utilizes dual-sensor technology to replace multiple conventional vacuum gauges, permitting seamless measurement of twelve decades of pressure. It has a variety of features including a wide range of measurement from 1E-9 Torr up to 990 Torr, RS-485 communications, three programmable set points, and a selectable analog output.
ETI Bayard-Alpert Hot Ion Gauge and Double Inverted Magnetron Cold Cathode Ionization Gauge – Hot and cold ionization gauges for high and ultra-high vacuum measurement. A lot of people sell them, but we’re one of the few manufacturers.
Custom Filaments – The Fredericks Company offers complete, cost-effective design and manufacturing services for custom short-run or high-volume filaments and welded filament assemblies. Available in all shapes and sizes, both the filaments and welded assemblies can be produced in wire or ribbon material. Helical, arrow, straight, circle, and horseshoe-shaped configurations are just some of the many geometries we offer.
- A choice of tungsten, iridium, molybdenum, rhenium, and platinum are available for custom forming to your required dimensions and tolerances.
- Thorium oxide (thoria) and yttrium oxide (yttria) coatings are available and can be applied to both wire- and ribbon-type filaments.
